Methodology
How EPRScope reaches a result.
EPRScope screens answers against a narrow decision: whether packaged physical goods are supplied to consumers in a selected EU market. It does not make a legal determination.
What the checker uses
Product type, EU customer status, destination markets, business location and sales channel. The output points to official national routes where a market has been included in version 0.1.
What it does not use
It does not connect to marketplaces, inspect sales accounts, retain submitted data, calculate fees, or infer packaging weights. Its rules are deterministic and visible in the output.
Source and review standard
We prefer EU institutions and national public authorities. Every factual route is shown with a source URL and last-reviewed date. When a rule cannot be stated safely across markets, the result asks for verification instead of guessing.
